This Privacy Policy describes how the Musicave mobile application (the "App"), operated by Halcyon App Studio, collects, uses and protects information when you use the App.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you provide
Musicave does not require an account. You may optionally provide feedback by emailing us at halcyonappstudio@gmail.com.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Device & technical data: device model, operating system version, language, country, anonymized device identifiers (Advertising ID).
- Usage data: app opens, features used, playback events and errors (crash reports).
- Advertising identifiers: Google Advertising ID may be used to personalize ads, subject to your device settings.
2. How we use information
- To operate, maintain and improve the App.
- To serve and measure advertising (see Section 4).
- To diagnose crashes and stability issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-party services
The App uses third-party SDKs that may collect information under their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob: advertising. Policy: policies.google.com/privacy
- Google Firebase: crash reporting and analytics. Policy: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Google Play Services: in-app updates, device integrity. Policy: policies.google.com/privacy
4. Advertising
Musicave shows ads through Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized (based on your advertising ID and interests) or non-personalized. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom you are asked for consent via a Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent dialog before personalized ads are served.
You can reset or opt out of your advertising ID from your device settings at any time (Settings → Google → Ads on Android).
5. Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Data retention
We retain device and usage data for as long as necessary to operate the App and meet legal obligations. Advertising identifiers can be cleared from your device at any time.
7. Your rights
Depending on your region (GDPR/EEA, UK, KVKK/Turkey, CCPA/California, etc.) you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact halcyonappstudio@gmail.com.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.
9. International transfers
Information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, under appropriate safeguards.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced in the App.
